how do i place an order?
add items to cart, proceed to checkout, and complete payment. you’ll receive an order confirmation email right away.
can i change or cancel my order?
we can help if it hasn’t shipped yet. email prestonfinn8367519@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.
how do i track my order?
once dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link. can’t find it? contact us and we’ll resend.
my parcel shows delivered but i can’t find it—what now?
check with household members, neighbors, and your mailbox/parcel locker. if still missing after 24 hours, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

where do you ship from and to?
we dispatch from australia and ship across australia and to most international locations.
how long does shipping take?
processing time: 1–2 business days.
australia: 2–8 business days after dispatch.
international: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs.
how much is shipping?
rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service.
will i pay duties/taxes internationally?
your country may charge duties, vat, or import fees on arrival. these are set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
returns & warranty
what’s your return policy?
most new, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. final-sale, used, or custom items aren’t eligible.
how do i start a return or exchange?

my item arrived damaged or incorrect—help!
take photos of the packaging and item, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. we’ll make it right.
are products covered by warranty?
many items include a manufacturer’s warranty. send photos/video of the issue plus proof of purchase and we’ll help facilitate a quick resolution.

absolutely. tell us your target species, fresh or salt water, techniques you want to learn, and budget—we’ll suggest a balanced rod, reel, line, and lure kit.
do you spool reels before shipping?
on request, yes—if you purchase line with your reel. add a note at checkout or email us with line type and breaking strain.
how do i care for saltwater gear?
lightly rinse with fresh water after each trip, dry thoroughly, and oil moving parts per brand guidance. store out of direct sun to extend gear life.
do you restock sold-out items?
frequently. use “notify me when available” (where offered) or email us the product and model—you’ll get an update when it’s back.
